Also all zeros in final image and weight
Unfortunately I also seem to be having the same problem that a few others have noted. I get all zeros for my output image and weight. Except this is only when I run SWarp 2.17.1 and not when I run SWarp 2.15 . I am running both on an Intel Mac with OS 10.5.8 on 4 identical fits images. So I am not sure why one gives a nicely mosaiced image and the other does not.

There are no errors while running the program, and I am running with the default parameters. I don't even have a default.swarp so when I run the program it notes "using internal defaults."

Any advice would be much appreciated!

RE: Also all zeros in final image and weight
Hi Varoujan,

sorry to react a bit late. Do you get any warning while compiling? Could you try to deactivate the multithreading by configuring SWarp with:
./configure --disable-threads
You might also want to try with the latest unstable version.
Please keep me posted!
