origin of aberrations
Hello Emmanuel:

Can you point me to a reference regarding the notation of the wavefront aberrations used in psf.c?

Sincerely,

RE: origin of aberrations
Hi Ronak,

sorry the delay. The aberration components are described using ESO-Zernike polynomials (see, e.g. this link). The normalisation factor is such that the config parameters correspond to the d80 diameter of the disk that encloses 80% of the total energy (flux) from the spread caused by aberrations (for a 2D Gaussian, d80~1.33 FWHM)
