Step functions in source light profile
Hi,

I am using Skymaker to generate an image with extended aureole, at a resolution lower than the default 0.2"/ FWHM of 0.7". However, when I try to generate an image at a lower resolution, the light profiles of the sources in the output images have step functions in them.

I attach an example fits file, the input catalog file and the configuration file used.

Does anyone have ideas on how I can get rid of the step functions, and instead get a smooth extended psf/ light profile around each source?

Many thanks,
Jielai
